RedBlue Dashboard Early Work

The first RedBlue dashboard showed me where the modules connected and where the evidence contracts were still weak.

RedBlue

I brought the RedBlue modules into one navigation model for the first dashboard prototype. Detection coverage was the most mature view, while threat profiling and external visibility still needed stronger data contracts.

The interface work exposed an important product requirement: every score or recommendation needs a path back to evidence. A concise dashboard is useful only if an analyst can inspect how a conclusion was reached.

Research lesson

Security evaluations should distinguish between experimental observations and general conclusions. Small tests can reveal useful questions, but they should not be presented as broad claims without sufficient data and controls.

That same standard applies to RedBlue and ThreatWatch. Results need provenance, clear confidence, and language that reflects what was actually measured.
